Users/Buyers may also place an order as a gift for another user (recipient). During the fulfilment process, users/buyers are able to get into group chat with vendor and courier (and recipient who is receiving the order as a gift) within the same order, without the need of using other communication platforms, thereby ensuring the smoothness of fulfilment process. Users/Buyers may also seek assistance by starting a chat with delifrenz care centre in the respective orders.
